Need more protein - ideas?

I am 69g short on my protein with 300 calories to go. What to eat to get closer on protein without going over on calories?

    I turn to protein powder when I don't get enough from my "regular" food.

    You have not mentioned whether or not you are vegetarian, vegan, etc. Options are always: protein powder, eggs/egg whites, tuna, chicken, fish, beans, quinoa, etc.

    Egg whites are great for protein. I make a crepe/omelet type thing using egg whites and either splenda and cocoa powder or sugar free maple syrup and cinnamon. It's really yummy and pretty much all protein.
