How to get to 1700 Cals
I have started to up my cals from 1400 to 1700 but I can't seem to get more than 1500 without blowing out on carbs or fat. I don't like tofu, hummus and all that weird stuff lol. I also don't want to add in a heap of junk. Any ideas. I have opened my diary for a little bit if that helps.

Eating your BMR calories per day?

LIfting weights & slow weight loss
My weight loss had been going along nicely for the first 14 kilos then about 1 month ago I started lifting weights on my home gym. My weight loss has slowed down to a few hundred grams a week. I am lifting anywhere between 5 kilo and 20 kilo. Would this be why the weight on the scales has slowed.

wholemeal spaghetti
I think I made a mistake in having wholemeal spaghetti tonight for dinner. I thought it would be better than white but on checking the packet it seems it's higher in everything the only advantage seems to be it is has more fibre? I'm a bit confused.
