Hi, Is there a need to update my diet and exercise profile after I lose X amount of weight to recalulate my allotted calories or will it do it automatically.

That is kind of what I am wondering too. Are you supposed to eat your alloted calories every day? What if you are constantly under the daily calories that the website suggest? What then?0

It will do it automatically as you update your lbs when you weigh in......but not frequent enough. I like to go in weekly to do it.0

Hi Kb yes you are suppose to eat all your calories every day. It would depend on how much you are under by. Sometimes I am about 100 or 200 calories under and it hasn't made much of a difference.
Thanks Mamagooskie. I think I will do it manually after every few kilos I lose0
