I have started to up my cals from 1400 to 1700 but I can't seem to get more than 1500 without blowing out on carbs or fat.
I don't like tofu, hummus and all that weird stuff lol. I also don't want to add in a heap of junk. Any ideas.
I have opened my diary for a little bit if that helps.

Sounds like more protein then , by deduction. Protein shake perhaps ?
Or drop some of the "lite" and "low fat" stuff for their regular brothers and get it up that way.0 -
Tin of tuna. No carbs, no fat. Pure protein.0

Mine is open I eat that much. I can only help with the fat tho I don't track carbs. Wait. I go over on fat a lot. Lol. Maybe I shouldn't help.0

0% fat Greek yogurt and protein shakes with almond milk are good for that problem.0

Double your Pine Nuts. That is 88 calories right there. Have a protein shake, I really enjoy them (230 calories, I make mine with milk). 1/4 cup of Cottage Cheese with a tsp of dry ranch dressing. Put coconut oil in your oatmeal (130 calories.) Colby Jack cheese (those snack to go is 80 calories) Slice an apple up and weigh it without the core...when you do that, the carbs are not so bad.
I eat around 100 carbs, 150 protein, and I do not care about my fat intake since I eat eggs and coconut oil.0 -

I love tofu and hummus and made/ate both recently. lol Since tofu has no taste, you can blend a small (or large) amount of it with chocolate or fruit to make an easy high-protein smoothie/mousse.
Also try other calorie dense foods like raisins and other dried fruits.0 -
Hard boiled eggs! Just don't eat the yolk if you're super-worried about fat content.0

Well I made it today but it was a struggle without going over in carbs or fat.
Thanks for all your ideas.0 -
