Good morning all, can you believe only 3 days to go including today?!?!? I actually made it through this challenge - and canot wait until the new monthly challenge begins. 40 squats down this morning - 200 to go!!

Day 28 - Rest Day

Day 15 - 140 Squats
Come on everyone - we are on day 15 - DAY 15 - can you believe it!?!?!? We are to the halfway mark - we got this from here on out! 140 squats today - we can do it! Too challenging - break them down to 20 and hour - not too hard to get done that way. 40 down - 100 to go for me... Keep up the great work everyone!!

How's everyone feeling? I look forward to today being a rest day. I have been doing leg lifts on my rest days so here's to 100 leg lifts today. My thighs can really feel the burn of the squats. Carb/Protein/Fat Ratio
Hey all- I know that everone is different, but I am trying to find the right ratio for me. I was wondering everyone's opinion? I currently have mine set at 50/20/30 and just don't know if this is accurate for me. I do very little exercise, so my consuption is all I am trying to adjust. PLMK your opinion.

My heaviest was 242 a couple years ago. Went lo carb for a while and lost 35 pounds and stopped. Gained back to 229 and stayed for a while. Started MFP on January 17, 2011 and love it! I don't think I could have made it this far without it!
