Got my 30 crunches done yesterday - just not enough time to get on and post.

1 large egg 14 grams shredded mild cheddar cheese 7 grams bacon bits 1 whole wheat bagel thin Mixed together and cooked in microwave in round bowl for 1min15sec...then put onto a whole wheat bagel thin. 260 calories 26 carbs 12 fat 4 protein 3 sugar 455 sodium
