gorgeous day for a walk!
I just had the best walk! It rained here for a couple of days but now it's mostly sunny and mild, wonderful clean air. for those in the SF bay area, I walked up Tunnel Rd in the Oakland hills, there was a perfect view of the bay, SF, and the Golden Gate bridge :happy: :happy: :heart: I hope everyone else enjoys the weekend!

Post-vacation check-in
Hey all, I just returned from 2 weeks in France. Steaks and pastries and fries, oh my! But all the walking and swimming in the sea balanced out. I am thankfully still the same weight as when I left :happy: I will start logging again next week after an old friend's visit this weekend. I can't wait to be back.
