Can i set my activity level to lightly active if I walk for 30 - 45 min. 5x a week and I don't log it as exercise. I also workout 6x a week but I like to log those exercises. So I won't consider that when I chose my activity level.

Anyone use fitness blender?
What workouts did you find most effective? I've been doing mostly their hiit workouts with 33 minute fat burning strength training video. Are there any tips to know whether you are burning calories on the low or high end, I don't know if I'm underestimating or overestimating? I'm always sweating a lot during the workouts.

Proper form burns more calories?
If you don't have proper form during a workout will that create a lower calorie burn? I was just wondering because I started kickboxing today and I feel like I didn't get as good of a workout as I had hoped. Could this because I just started and probably didn't have proper form?

Do you count cleaning as part of your exercise?
I have my activity level as sedentary and then I add my workouts that I do but I've been also adding in cleaning I do around the house. Is this a bad thing? When I put sedentary as my activity level does that consider small tasks like cleaning? I add cleaning to my exercises when I clean my room or clean around the house…
