What is my activity level?

I do high intensity cardio 3x a week and strength training 3x a week. I do about 30 - 1 1/2 hour of house cleaning, walking or small tasks everyday, besides that I am usually sitting for the rest of the day. What activity level should I set my fitness pal settings to? I want to be at active, so if I'm not at that level what could I do to increase it?
