Not wanting to lose weight but tone up. Suggestions?
Dont need to "lose weight" per say. Im 5"9 and 140 lbs..but I do want to lose inches around stomach and legs. I dont eat 1200 calories a day I just cant...I eat every 3 hours though and power walk 3 miles a night with hand weights incorporated, and eat healthy. Any more suggestions? Anyone have this work for them?

Eating later in the night question?
So when I work I dont get off until 6pm..go home workout then eat dinner by like 730 pm and in bed by 9...is it bad to eat that late before bed? I have heard yes and no...anyones experiences? and should you eat after workouts or before?

Eating every 3-4 hrs question..
Should you really eat every 3-4 hours even if your not hungry? They say to eat protein so you stay full longer...so if Im not hungry again in 3-4 hours should I wait until Im hungry as long as I get all my calories in for the day? Im at 1200 calories and thats almost too much for me in a day...its hard...grrr

BMR TDEE...how do I change it on here?
Ok I did the Fat 2 Fit thing and figured out my daily intake according to BMR and TDEE..its way more than this site has me set at? How can I change it on here so I can still keep track of carbs and fat? or do I have to do it on my own...

Ok so the Fat 2 Fit site said my BMR is 1412...so that means thats how many calories I burn on a daily basis even doing nothing right? This site has me at 1250 Calories a day....So that means I need to up my calories to be over my BMR right? and thats why eating back exercise calories is important..? Am i close? lol

Confused! Burn more than you consume?
what exactly does that mean? My daily Calorie intake is 1250...so I have to burn more than 1250 a day? That seems rash. I (according to this site) burn 315 calories doing my bike daily for 30 min...thats no where near close to burning more than I eat....confused. Proccessed Lunch Meats/Meats
I was told that its better to buy uncooked meats..which Im sure is true...but I shop at Fresh and Easy and buy the pre-cooked/packaged lunch meats and chicken and pork chops? Will that defeat the purpose of losing weight and eating healthy? They are all 98 percent fat free (lunch meat) and the chicken is always low fat..

I work night shifts...unsure on how to score calories..
So I work 6pm to 6am shifts. I usually wake up around 2pm whether working or not and have my "breakfast" by 330...snack at 7 and so forth every 3 hours or so. So I do not need to jam 1200 calories in by midnight right? Can I log everything I eat from waking to sleeping even though its 2 days technically into one day log?
