I have never heard about that until now....what exactly does that mean? I burn 300 Cal so I eat an additonal 300 Cal?...How do I know how many calories Ive burned? My bike doesnt tell me ha..

You can log exercise in the "exercise" tab (well, on the website, I'm sure there's an exercise area on the phone app, but it may not be a "tab"). If you go bike riding, select the appropriate description (there are probably different exercises based on how fast you were going). MFP will automatically add those calories back to your daily goal. So just eat to your goal. Some people think that MFP overestimates exercise calories, but you should be eating at least half of them back.0
