MY DIARY! Good? Bad? Average?

Im new at this eating clean thing...can you look at my diary and give me any advice good or bad...Im not defensive..and ignore the water..I know I need more lol

    It doesn't look that exciting over the last couple of days and looks really low at 1200 calories.

    If you are exercising as well I'd search the forum for the roadmap on info on setting your calories with your excercise goals and setting that as your limit instead of net. Then you don't need to work out eating calories back or being way under if you aren't logging excercise as well. This is a good online calculator that I used to to work out what my daily intake should be: http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/

    Then workout your macros based on your goals and vary your diet based on that.

    I'm an advocate of the Dolce Diet Living Lean Cookbook for getting good recipes from cheap and basic ingredients.
