Cardio work out DVD to go along side 30DS
Hi Im currently doing 30DS and I do feel the benefits but want to mix and match it with a more Cardio based DVD (try and get the scales to move also. Can anyone make any suggestions? Hi I keep reading that everyone needs to watch their sodium levels. So I have put this as one of my things to monitor/see in my food diary.
