Kettlebell Class

Hi Im going to my first kettelbell class on Thurs and a little unsure what to expect. (I know every class is difference), anything I should watch out for? or anyone else been recently?

    Watch out for a butt kicking!! bring a towel and matt if you have one. Get there early to make sure you get the correct kettlebell weights too! have fun!

    Be ready to LOVE IT!!! I swing 2-3 times a week and it's awesome! I can't say enough good things about kettlebells. Make sure you keep good support in your lower back and be sure to thrust those hips!!!

    Im a bit worried Im going to be super stiff! Looking forward to it though. When I booked the instructor said to use weigh 4. Presume 4KG? x

    it is surprisingly a lot of hip movements. focus mostly on form and getting the exercise right, before you increase weight. all the exercise are different, so you probably won't use one weight for he whole thing.
