HRM accuracy
Hey guys, so I have a polar FT4 HRM and just started using it. I ran the first day of C25K for 30 mins today and it says I burned 420 calories! That seems high to me but I really don't know. Any opinions on it?

Jumping rope
Hey guys, so I just bought a jump rope because I've heard it's a good cardio workout, and I figure I can do it while I watch tv. However, I CAN'T DO IT! After a couple jumps I catch my feet or the back of my head and have to start all over. Anyone have any tips on how to get better at it?

HRM during running/walking
hey guys, so i just got a polar FT4 hrm so i could more accurately see my caloric burn, but i was wondering something. i do the C25K program so my runs are not just running, they are alternating running and walking. Does the HRM still work accurately for this? or do you have to either JUST run or JUST walk?

MFP wants me to eat below the BMR it gives me?
hey guys, so i just did all the MFP calculations and stuff and it game me a BMR in the 1900's saying never to eat below that. however, when i input my goal weight it came out saying i should eat just under 1700 calories, what gives? Im a 20 yo male, 210 lbs, 5'9

way over sugar recommendation because of fruit
hey guys, i eat a lot of fruit because i love fruit smoothies and bananas and apples but because of this im always WAY over my recommended sugar intake. is this ok since its all from fruit? what are the effects of having high sugar intake normally?

adding fat to my diet
so im short about 200 calories and 20g of fat on my daily goals usually, would it be smart to add some sausage to my breakfast? its the right amount of calories and fat but im not sure if its considered healthy. if not, anyone got any better recommendations?

CVS digital body scale, how accurate?
I just bought the CVS digital body scale and it doesnt seem super accurate. Every time i get on it, or if i move it to a different spot, it gives me a different weight of about 5 pounds difference. am i doing something wrong with it? does anyone have any experience with its accuracy or know any better scales?
