I just bought the CVS digital body scale and it doesnt seem super accurate. Every time i get on it, or if i move it to a different spot, it gives me a different weight of about 5 pounds difference. am i doing something wrong with it? does anyone have any experience with its accuracy or know any better scales?

Hi there,
Are you placing it on hardwood with no slant. You can always check if it makes a click noise when you step on... if you do so, then it is leaning to one side or another. I bought the scale in December of last year, so just a few months back. I have found it to be accurate, actually, very accurate. I would test it with 2 liters of soda which ways 10 pounds (step on without it, and then step on with holding the 2 liters, or some form of weights, hey, you could even do a gallon of milk).
Let me know if there is anything else I can do!0
