Are you diabetic as per your profile ? and eating 200+ grams of carbs per day......0 -
As from your profile you are diabetic and Coeliac I'd consult your doctor and get them to refer you to a registered dietician. Both these things will have an effect on your weight loss and you really need a professional opinion.0

I would switch out fiber for sodium and check the quantity of sodium you are eating per day/week.0 -
I know it is hard finding food you can eat when you have Celiac disease, but does the sugar intake affect your Insulin therefore affecting your weight?
I agree, you should probably see a dietician. They will be able to tell you what you need.
I also noticed you were not logging exercise. 1900 calories without exercise may be too many calories for you. You could try cutting 100 calories a day to see what happens..... and check the sodium.... if I have a lot of sodium I tend to retain water.0 -

+1000! Get professional help. Don't try to get advice on the forums. Not when you have serious medical issues.0 -
Ditto. Consult your doctor about your sugar levels. And bottom line is that 1900 may not be a deficit for you.0
