how do you log barre (barreworks, pure barre, etc)? would that be circuit? i dont have a heart monitor and im too cheap to buy one.... not a student but student debt makes me live like one.

Overnight Oats
Hi All, I was wondering-- is the texture of overnight oats really thin/wet? It's taken me a long time to just eat regular oatmeal and even that I have on the drier side. What measurements do you all use?? Ingredients? I'm intrigued, but nervous I wont eat them once made lol

I'm trying to bump up my protein. I eat yogurt, chia seeds, and recently bought oatmeal with added protein ( although it has a bit of a diet aftertaste so I don't think I'll be buying this again). Sides for Lasagna
Hey all - I have a weekly dinner group with friends, which rotates, and this coming Sunday is my turn. One of the girls is vegetarian so I've decided to do a white, spinach lasagna. I know it's going to be a pretty heavy meal with the lasagna so I was wondering if anyone has any sides in mind :)

Things that don't taste like spaghetti ...
Spaghetti squash.... But it's delicious. Tonight I roasted it but not sure if I did it right or cooked it for long enough. How do you all cook this thing and what do you eat it with? Re: do you eat it as "spaghetti" with sauce or treat it like a normal squash?
