Simple Breakfast Ideas -- Gluten Free/Vegan

Hello,

My new employee is vegan/gluten free. Anytime I have a new employee hired we do a welcome breakfast the next day. He has told me to bring nuts and fruit, but is there anything else I can bring? Ideas Please :)

I'd stick with just the fruit and nuts.

If you usually do something more substantial - Crockpot grits or oatmeal with add-in options?
  • I would probably just do a big fruit salad, mixed nuts (maybe go for the pricier, fancier nuts like macadamias, hazelnuts, etc) and I would buy Gluten Free Muffins (we have a Whole Foods near by that sells them).

If he's gluten free because of celiac you should ask him before making oatmeal, Los of Celiacs can't tolerate them.
