Is it loose skin or just fat?
Hi there, I’ve gone from 220 at my heaviest to 136 at my lightest and around 140 now. My stomach is my problem and my butt and inner thighs to a much lesser extent. I have wrinkles on my stomach, and also still some fat, but can anybody advise if they think I can iron out the wrinkles with more fat loss and muscle gain?

What did you notice after the first 14lb :)

I'm so sore after lifting
I've gotten some weights, and I've started going to the gym on top of my 30 mins cycling per day. Should I not lift much? I'm so sore, started trying to do squats, can barely do them. What do you add to your exercise?
I'm on my feet today from 11 till 21.00, cleaning, serving customers, carrying thing up and down stairs, and wondered if all that counts as my activity level in my profile, or anything else I should add? Just wondered cause work makes me tired, and hungry!

Idiot Proof Diet
Has anybody else tried the Idiot Proof Diet? I tried it in January and lost 15lb, but went back to bread, rice, pasta and sugars. I love carbs, but I love seeing the scales drop even more. Anybody got any experience with it?
