The Cambridge Diet

I have just done a week on the idiot proof diet, and a week on the cambridge diet. I've gone from 14 stone something to 13 3. I have 2 stone, or 28 pound roughly to lose. I am trying to break into the 12s this week, and want some advice on going from a very low calorie diet to a higher one, with real food instead of shakes. Anybody made that transition? Don't wanna pile it on!

I think - if you're on cambridge - you need to move up the steps one by one each week and after step 6 you just go back to normal eating.
Or just make sure you up your calories slowly like +100-150 cal at a time, and no starch/sugar/processed food for at least a few more weeks. you need to slowly introduce them back into your diet. then it should be fine x0
