Hey guys,
Just wondering if you find that your sugar seems very high when eating fruit?
Should I adjust it, or lower my sugar?
I am vegetarian, and eat lots of fruit..

MFP doesn't take into account processed vs. unprocessed sugars. Eating multiple servings of fruit a day is definitely not bad for you; eating multiple servings of things like bleached rice or candy definitely is. I say as long as the sugars come from a good place and you eat a balanced diet do not worry.0

Fruit is good. As a vegetarian, you will have higher "sugar" intake than an omnivore.
You can change your Food Diary so Sugar isn't one of the column on the first page.
Go to FOOD>Settings and change it - maybe some other nutrient you have trouble filling - Calcium or Iron, or something would be better suited for your first page.
On the printable version, sugar is a default column, so you can always check it with one click.0
