yummy chicken burger!
i bought the frozen chicken burger patties at trader joe's (150 cal, lots of protein), added a slice of 2% cheddar cheese (60 cals) and a quarter of an avocado (~60 cal) and put it on a thomas better start english muffin (100 calories, 8 grams of fiber). so good! as always, just wish there was more =)

Does anyone know why MFP suggests 2500 mg of sodium? i haven't had very many calories today but i'm just not hungry. everything sounds a little gross. anyone else ever get this way? I want to eat my calories but nothing sounds good at all.
