day one completed, one burpee I am doint them without the pushup for now, may alter later when my upper body strength increases, lol I'll also simultaneously run the 30day shred, Ill have a boards dedicated to my progress with that soon as well I plan to start tomorrow

started today, day one completed, level 1 I will use this board as my commitment board, posting everytime I complete it feel free to post as well also, im looking to see quick results, would it hurt to do it multiple times a day, like in the morning and at night?

im 25 and work out regularly now, looking for a vitamin, because I know theres a lot of thins not in my diet that need to be, like vegies, lol. meaning im prolly missing a lot of nutritional things

I cant seem to loose weight, but I don't eat bad, I think in under eating but not really sure, its really to hard to cound since I don't eat a lot of stuff easy to measure but whats your favorite mean, particulary something you would take to lunch at work...

am i doing too much
I have started the 30 day shred the burpie challenge (which isn't an issue now, but later it will be) and couch 2 5k doing all this at the same time, is it too much at once? I don't wanna overdo it
