I'm doing Chalean Extreme, want to burn and move more than is in the program and want to know if adding a 5k in the AM is going to divert body resources and limit muscle growth. Thanks.

Hi, all. I'm just finishing the last week of HHA, and wondering how it compares in intensity to T25. Total Body Burn 2 is doable for me w/o mods or pauses (except for pushups on the knees), and wanted to know if T25 is harder and if so, how big a leap it is from the one program to the other. Thanks.
