Hi, I'm resuming fitness after a year of injury sidelining me. Starting this program now, had been doing Insanity the same day I broke my toe. 58 y/o female with osteoporosis, ten pounds overweight after a year off. I'm aiming for 1500-1600 cal/d, sedentary job. Burned 500 cal, first workout took double expected time, so it's intense for me.
