Is it ok to log workout the next day
I did a 1000 calorie workout today but without adding it, I am already under calorie goal. Since it is the weekend, which means less exercise and more eating, is it ok if I log today's burn in tomorrow or Sunday diary, so that I do not see reds. This is sort of banking extra calories for future use.

high protein vegetarian menu
My weight loss has sort of stalled and to give it a jolt, was thinking of going on a low carb - high protien diet. However cannot think of too many options beyond beans and lentils. I am lactose intolerant also.. Any suggestions/ meal - snack ideas wud be greatly appreciated.

exercise calories using HRM
We have precor machines in our gym which also displays heart rate. so , i am taking it that they show calories burnt on the basis of the heart rate. will those be accurate or at least a better measure than the machines without HRM. is this cheating???
went to the mall for shopping and spent 3 - 4 hrs there. logged in an hour as slow wallking ( 2mph)...to add to the numbers i can eat today. ha ha...is tht cheating???? or innovative manipulation??? Can we or rather shud we do tht???

confused about MFP daily calorie goal??
When i had started at 195 lbs, MFP gave me a goal of 1280 cals daily, with a target weight loss of 1 lb a week. Now i have lost 13 lbs and updated tht info, whereby my daily goal has changed to 1340. Altho i did manage to keep my diet almost in the range ( went over by 52 yesterday) . however, have lost 2 pounds in the past 2 days. i am surprised...but apprehensive. What does zone 98 - 150 mean??
After i am done with my workout, the machine shows a workout summary where it shows time, average heart rate, maximum heart rate etc. one of the readings therein says ( for eg) 22.40 in zone 98 - 150. calorie intake quite below daily target
What do u guys eat when u really have several calories left after dinner. Today, i am 687 calories below my target and am thinking of filling a part of it with icecream or chocolate. Is it okay?? i cannot eat any more salad today., that is for sure.
