Stuck on a platue
I have been stuck on a nasty platue of 196-199 for the past month. I upped my calorie count as of last week to 1300, I know before I was eating way below that. Should I up them more? I don't exercise, except the 2 block walk from the bus to and from work, if that helps.

I just started the program yesterday and I am so looking forward to October in Litiz PA for their zombie fun run obstacle course. Anyone else ever do a zombie run?

Any Once Upon a Time fans?
Because I am an uber fan, it's seriously one of the only shows I talk about. I mention it at least once a day and read fanfiction about it non-stop. I even started calling everyone "Dearie" So just wondering if there were others out there!

T.O.M question for the ladies
So I just got my first period (not the first first) since I started this weight loss, and I am cramping more than I use to and my period is also chunkier? I usually start super heavy for two days, heavy for one and then light for the last two. But this started light and got heavier. Is this the result of my eating better…

What are you suppose to do when you're under but not hungry
One thing that always confuses me. I usually eat about 1000-1200 calories a day (I'm usually 100 cals under but I usually leave that as a bumper in case I miss calculated something), but there are some days where I am just not hungry and I only eat about 800. Am I suppose to force myself to eat to reach my calorie goal?

Can't sleep
So since I started this myfitplan about 3 weeks ago I'm having problems falling asleep. I feel like my heart is racing but its beating at 68/min. I'm not very active so is this just abunch of pent up energy that I'm not using?

Meal before Zumba?
I'm doing Zumba for the first time tonight at 6pm. Is pasta a good idea before going? Should I eat before or after? These are the things that cross my mind. Any tips?

Under calories
I'm constantly under my calorie goal (usually about 400-500 under), but I'm not hungry. Should I be forcing myself to eat to meet my goal?

Headaches
So I've been getting headaches recently since I started MFP. Is it because I've reduced my sugar intake so drastically? I went from about 45g of Sugar to the recommended 28g.

I worked at Starbucks about a year ago, quit for a higher paying job, and lost 10lbs 3 weeks after quiting there.
