Best workout to conquer arm flab?

I'm trying to tone up my underarms. what are some easy workouts for a beginner to tighten them up?

    Exercise doesn't target fat loss. For an explanation, google "spot reduction myth". Your solution is to follow a normal fat-loss routine of -

    - eating fewer calories
    - being more physically active
    - do full-body strength training

    What exercise equipment do you have access to? Do you belong to a gym?

    If you need toning, I am assuming you mean mainly triceps, so google tricep exercises and in general arm routines. And push-ups always help too.
  • Posting so that I can follow. I am also interested in toning my upper arms. After losing weight they are pretty "flappy"
