Missed my work out!!
I've been so good this past 3 weeks. We'll I might be one step backward today but I am still two steps forward with my progress. One of my meal preps
This is a simple meal and takes 5 mins to make if anyone wants to make something to have on hand. Trader joes "just chicken" Mushrooms Onions Spinach with drizzled on soy sauce. Stir fry in pan and all done. Goes great with brown rice!

Gym apparel - dri fit vs cotton
I just bought a couple nike dri fit shirts for the gym. My regular cotton shirts get soaked at the gym and become heavy. Also after sweating in them so much it's hard to get the sweat smell out :sick: Anyone else like wearing dri fit? Does the sweat still bleed through ?

I have always worked out in the gym and at home I rarely (if even at all) exercise. I go to the gym 4-5 days a week but should I add in some extra exercise at home in addition to the gym?
