Under 200 lbs for the first time in 10 years!!

Ran 3 Miles Tonight!
I ran three miles tonight! Averaged 10:39 per mile. I know that's pretty pitiful compared to what some of you can do, but I'm still pretty stoked about it!! Had to share!

25 Minutes Nonstop!
I finished week 6 of C25K last night, running for 25 minutes straight. If someone had told me 6 weeks ago that I would be running for 25 minutes, I would have thought it some rude, vile, nasty joke. This probably seems like nothing to some of you, but it is a big deal to me!

Craziest Thing Ever...

Making progress again!

I have broken my addiction..

Day #9 and not seeing any results..
This is day 9 for me. I have been under my calorie goal for all nine days. I have no problems drinking the 8 glasses of water. I have also walked 9 miles during this time. Just wondering if this is normal, or if I am doing something wrong.
