Finished the OHR Program!!

I finished the One Hour Runner program yesterday. For those of you not familiar with it, it comes after C25K and stretches you out to running one hour nonstop. Since I need something new to work on, I'm thinking about trying Hal Higdon's 10K Training Program. This program continues the running three days a week, while mixing in some weightlifting and cross training as well. Has anyone here tried it? Any input would be appreciated.

    Sounds interesting. I'm stuck on week 7 of C25K. If I ever complete it I'll give OHR a try.
