Multiple Moves Exercising same Muscle during Workout
Is it a waste of time to do multiple moves for the same muscle in a single routine? For example, if I were to do preacher curls and then concentration curls, too much for the bicep? Rest Days - Do You Actually Rest?
I find it extremely difficult to avoid any type of exercise on my rest days. Even when I'm in a heap of pain (usually unrelated to sore muscles), I feel like I should do something. So I'm wondering, what do you guys do? 100% rest day? Throw in some abs and cardio at home?
