They're in there, but you can't see them. I really haven't done much ab work which is obvious but I'll be wearing this suit on a beach in about 5 weeks so I should probably start.
Do you guys have any killer ab routines, preferably ones that don't involve buying a DVD?
Thanks!

my ab routine:
4 sets hanging leg raises
4 sets weighted crunch machine
4 sets weighted crunches on decline bench
4 sets cable kneeling crunches
and, of course, a good diet is critical.
weighted resistance is the way to go to really make your abs pop0 -
I do Ab ripper x 3-4 times a week, its a solid ab workout. But I also like random abs, http://randomabs.com/today/, just do more then one routine and your good to go.0

There is a website: www.randomabs.com that has a different ab workout every day! I think it's fun, since it's never the same routine!0

When I'm gearing for a beach vacay, I cut out dairy and reduce carbs (under 100g a day, nothing too drastic). I find this to be the best way to look ripped and have my abs popping. I have somewhat visible abs already just by daily routines, but to really show them off you need to reduce bloat.
As for training, in a general sense the only abs I do are planks and medicine ball twists. Once in a while I'll throw in some leg lifts on a sloped bench but if you do free weights like lunges, deadlifts, and squats, you are already incorporating a ton of core work.
Have fun! You look great already!0 -

^This. When I was younger (college years), I used to do all kinds of crunches but I never had defined abs. Now I hardly do crunches, and I have better abs.0 -
Thank you all!0
