If you were me, what would your goal weight be? (pictures)
Right now I'm aiming to lose 16lbs while focusing more on toning. What would you aim for, more or less? I'm interested in others' opinions and somewhat flexible in my goal. Healthy before thin! Thanks so much~ P.S. - I'm 5'4'' and 141lbs. In the first picture my stomach is actually flat. The bump is my watch.

Okay.. I'm having serious HRM and runkeeper issues. My HRM says I burned 779cal going just one way (6.5mi bike ride), and runkeeper says I burned that exact same amount... only for BOTH ways (13mi bike ride)! My heart rate was at a consistent 175-185bpm, which I always double check by holding my own pulse. I don't know…

me + four hours of sleep = bottomless pit for a stomach
^ Does anyone know why this is? I often don't have enough time to get the right amount of sleep, with college coming up and usually working in the restaurant open to close, and it seems like when I'm lacking in the sleep department, I'm also lacking hunger-control. I could just keep eating! It's like forever being doomed…

Does anyone else log all their food in the morning?
I personally feel as though this helps prevent me from overeating- I've logged what I'm going to eat throughout the day and there's absolutely no reason why I should go over that. Anything else you guys like to do to prevent overeating?

I used to run a 5k three times a week.
This only stopped in July. Does anyone have any advice on how I could build back up to that? Running is such a stress reliever. I miss it!
