I'm not really sure what to do to tone up. If you listed some of your favorites that would be awesome!

Burpees, broad jumps, pull ups, jumping lunges...pretty much anything that uses most/all your muscles to move your body as far as possible in the shortest amount of time0

Just to say there are no such thing as "toning" exercises. It's just exercise.
Stick to the basics: compound lifts with challenging weight and good form.

The word toning is a bit of an odd one. Being "toned" just means that your fat level has dropped enough that you can see muscle. And as we know, fat loss is achieved with a calorie deficit.
There aren't any specific exercises that "tone", but weight training is the easiest for beginners and the most accessible.0
