calcium and iron
I've noticed that I'm not getting enough calcium and iron. Does anybody have any suggestions? I don't eat meat and I have to watch my dairy intake because it can really upset my tummy. I realize that I can take supplements, but I'd like to get more of my nutrition from real food. Thanks, Holly

Biggest Loser videos.
Anybody know about logging exercise? If I do videos in addition to walking, biking, etc. how do I calculate that into my log? There are no options for videos and I'm sure I'm not the only one who does the Biggest Loser vids.....if you don't they are a great workout btw!!!!! Any help is appreciated!
