Ok, this isn't actually cheesecake, but its good enough for me.

1/2cup ricotta cheese
1/2tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
a dash of vanilla extract
a pack of Splenda
a few Dark chocolate chips....the darker the better.....try Ghiradelli 65%cocoa chips

mix it all up and n-joy!!!!
