    Welcome!! You can absolutely do it!! I would like to lose 80 lbs. as well. Just start off realistically and slowly make the changes your first couple of weeks, I found that helped me out a lot. Soon my mindset changed and it didn't really seem like things were so drastic or different than what I had been eating and doing. :=)
