Time Of Day For Exercise?
What do you find works best for you, and why? I generally walk for 1/2 hour at lunch time, but not sure I'm going to keep it up. It is nice to not have to worry about it after work, but I don't get the break I need during the day.

I Need Lots Of Help To Eat Less Sugar - Have Eaten Too Much For Years And Years

Calories in Bacon?
When cooking bacon, a lot of the fat comes out and is drained off. Therefore the calorie count cannot be as high as what is listed on the package, can it? I assume the calories listed is for the product when raw?
