Silly question, I know... however back in my Weight Watcher days they would tell us that ONLY pure water counted as water... any additives affected the way water was absorbed, etc... Oatmeal.. amazing breakfast?
Seems like out of all the many breakfast combinations I have tried, so far, oatmeal seems to stick with me the longest. I have only had instant oatmeals. I have read posts from people talking about refrigerator oatmeal. Hit me with a recipe or two please... three... many....

So, when you eat a big meal...
... but stay within your calories, do you notice you are hungrier the next day? Is that the stomach-stretching thing?...or is that a myth? I really notice I am hungry as hell the next day after a larger-than-I-should-have dinner....

Quantity of food you can eat change?
OK.,... only day one, I know... but.. I had planned for 2 pork chops and a small baked potato and peas for dinner... saved for it, basically... I am soooooo stuffed I am absolutely miserable. Afraid to say anything at alll
Failed so many times... no clue why I am trying again, except I can't stand the thought of completely giving up. So... gonna avoid sugar, eat whole foods, keep it around 2k calories and try to not eat the processed foods, drink water and exercise 3 times a week That is it for now..
