WOW was that really me???!!! w/pics
I have taken lots of photos as progress pictures but it wasn't until I was flipping through some old photos that I realized how much my face has changed. I actually have a neck now, I have collar bones that I can see, my face isn't as round and full. And I feel like I look much younger now!!!

Something to celebrate, with pics!
In a little less than 2 months, I will be turning 30. And while leaving my 20's will be bittersweet, I feel as if I have so much to celebrate. Not only turning 30 will I be healthier, happier, and smaller, but I will know that the best is still yet to come on my weight loss journey. I have come so far, from a lazy, couch…

Same beach but now with a different woman!! WITH PICS
This past weekend I took a day trip to the beach with my mom and brother and realized how truly comfortable I was in my own skin. Even once the coverup came off, I wasn't self conscious or felt like I needed to cover up. I was proud of my hard work and knew that it was me and only me that has made this change. I always…

I have been in a plateau of weight loss for what seems like forever, but I think I am finally getting out of it…

I am still in shock, is that really me?? PICS
When I started my journey in January 2011, I had NO idea I would have come this far! I was out of breath going to our breakroom, stairs made me want to die, I couldn't run with my kids or wrestle around without feeling like I couldn't breathe. I was NEVER comfortable in clothes, I hated buying the largest size Lane Bryant…

I was looking back through some pictures on my phone and I was totally blown away at the difference in my face since losing weight. I could not have been more proud! My journey, from January 2011 to Oct 2011 with pics
First off, I have to start off saying that if I didn't have my MFP family, I really truly do not think I would have been able to accomplish what I have so far. The support is amazing, I have laughed, cried, been motivated, smiled and jumped for joy with my many friends on this site. Now, this year I have certainly…

PATIENCE!!!
PATIENCE: Let's be realistic here. You won't drop two jean sizes in one day. You won't lose fifty pounds in one month. You're going to binge every now and then. You will go a day or two without working out. Your weight is going to fluctuate here and there. You're going to try new techniques and they're not going to work,…

Question for runners?!
I started the C25K program in July 2011 and by the end of August, I was able to run my first 5K. My time was 43.50 for my first run, I believe it would have been maybe a minute or two shorter had teh crowd not been so crazy at the beginning. I am in week 2 of the C25K again, trying to work on my time and get faster. So…

Progress from January 2011 to July 2011
I started my journey January 2011 and fell off the wagon about April/May and got back on in June. I am in week 5 of C25K and also on day 3 of 30DS. I still have about 100lbs I would like to lose, but I can certainly tell my body has changed since the beginning of the year. I am so grateful to my MFP family that has helped…
