~~Consistent practice equals consistent progress~~
Is this true? Sometimes there seems to be a wall---nothing seems to be happening with all of our effort! I still say keep practicing--walking the walk--talking the talk. Progress will eventually show up!

Besides the scale---what changes have you noticed?
It is often quoted that OTHER people don't notice the changes YOU have made for up to 12 weeks! But as we Do This For ME what changes have you noticed personally? for me: when I jog, I just feel better about my day. I feel in control, and that I accomplished something valuable towards my health :)
