Back on the saddle again

Tipped the scales today at 213.5, started at 265.5 in Jan /10,then 249.5 Nov 26/10 , joined MFP 30dys ago at 225. Lowest weight since 97 now, next goal 202 in 1995 and then the big 200 /1980.
