Anyone else in this mode, i do this every winter and have never been ever able to crack the 200lb mark high school weight,, ive come so close to within 2lbs or so but thats it, this year i have worked harded with major cardio and small weights every other day. Im down to 202.5 and 15lbs lowers this year compared to same time last year., and i just wanna keep pushing, im doing on average 45- 60k a week combined treadmill snowshoeing and Cross trainer for about 6- 10hrs, im down 29lbs since Jan 18th.

You can do it. You just have to keep going. Don't let the fact that spring has arrived let you stop the momentum that you have going.
