Success Story

Fourth year on this site winter is my workout time, summer is just too busy and unfortunaltey that is the time i gain back weight but each year is getting better. Two years ago summer i gained 45lbs, last year only 29. I started hardcore cardio 4 weeks ago and healthy eating with one cheat meal a week and exercise consisted of Treadmill Cross Trainer and Snowshoeing, started out at 231.5lb.
1st week 20km of Cardio and under all goals down to 222.5
2nd week 30km of Cardio and under goals with a cheat day down to 218.5
3rd week 40km of Cardio and under goals with a cheat day flat 218.5
4th week 50km of Cardio and under goals wiht a cheat day down to 213.0

looking back on previous years i alway get a plateau every 2 to 3 weeks, and keeping my sodium under 2500 is a big plus for me and my wife and i have even had a few nights of Smart food popcorn mixed in and no Potatoe chips for 4 weeks a killer for me, just wanted to share,

    Good for you. Great progress! I just started snowshoing this year and it is fun!

    We got poles to just for an extra workout we just got in now from an 1hr and 45 mins, and its a nice mix to your workout.
