Does this exercise with Jillian, be found anywhere on here to add workout calories or do u just put in under notes in strength excercise. Thanks .

I put it at 23 minutes of cardio.0

I would log it as Circuit training like the 30 day shred.0

I put it under "Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort" because that's what I saw others were doing.0
