Back on track this week after a bad summer, 37km and healthy eating and tracking on here makes the difference down 6lbs this week.

Nice work! I had a pretty rough summer full of surgeries and vacations...and calories!! Back at it with a new frame of mind and ready to attack this as a lifestyle instead of a diet. So far this week I'm down 4.8 (since Wednesday).
