Lol.. I don't know, but give it a few weeks and my sister in law will own one.. And it will magically make her lose 5 lbs but she will not get on a scale to prove it!! In other words, it probably won't work! Just like the gazelle, 500 dollar weight machine she owns, an ab circle ab lounger and her whole collection of taebo dvds! But ifu use it, like you're supposed to, it may work:smooched:0

Don't buy the machine. Just do some free ab stuff on YouTube for $0, get Hip Hop Abs for $20 from Beachbody or get a medicine ball for $20 to get your abs in shape. All of these cost less than the Ab Rocket Twister and get your abs in shape without doing a single crunch. If you really have your heart set on getting one, find one on Craig's List for $30 or $40.0
