Hi everyone. I typically weigh in a couple of times a week but I'm trying to cut down since I feel I've become a little too focused on fluctuations. How often do you all weigh in, or what works best for you? Thanks in advance :)

How do you avoid evening snacking?
This is totally my pitfall, and I've tried brushing my teeth to avoid snacking, drinking water/drinking tea, reading, but to no avail. I always find myself being hit with the munchies before bed. What do you guys do to help ignore night-time food cravings?

Do you eat/crave more when you wake up earlier?
I wake up at 4 am two days a week and on those days, I find that I've already consumed 1000 calories by two PM. Even though I exercise to increase how much I can eat, being in the 1000s by 2 pm just doesn't feel right given that I'm usually at roughly 500 by then. Morning Cardio: After eating or on an empty stomach?
What do you guys find works best for you if you're trying to lose fat and retain as much lean mass as possible, cardio on an empty stomach in the am, or after breakfast/a snack?
